Robert has represented numerous businesses (individuals, partnerships, and corporations) in their formation, organization, on-going issues, sales, purchases, and dissolution. From 1978 to the present Robert has represented numerous parties (both plaintiffs and defendants) in all types of litigation involving real estate, including construction defect suits, nuisance cases, boundary line and easement disputes, lender disputes, mechanic’s lien actions, and involving business disputes, including claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duties. Robert has tried over 30 jury trials and over 80 court trials; as well as handled numerous appeals, including at the Supreme Court of California level.
Robert graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
