Eddie is an experienced litigator and advisor who has represented and counseled a wide variety of individuals and businesses over his twenty years of practice in the Bay Area. After graduating from UCLA undergrad and USF Law School, Eddie began his legal career as an Associate in the Complex Litigation groups at international law firms Bingham McCutchen and Morgan Lewis. Since then, Eddie’s litigation practice has focused on representing clients in employment, securities, and contract matters, and he has successfully represented hundreds of clients in their cases. Eddie also worked as in-house counsel for multiple businesses over his career, and regularly advises businesses regarding employment matters and other risk issues.
In addition to his legal practice, Eddie is also a Professor at San Francisco State University, where he teaches Legal Ethics and Employment Law for the Paralegal Studies Post Graduate Program. Eddie also coaches Basketball and Flag Football at Lowell High School, where his teams vie for the San Francisco Section Championship.
